Refund and Return Policy

At Auramatix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully to ensure your return qualifies.
1. 7-Day Return Window
We offer a refund or exchange for products purchased on auramatix.in that meet the eligibility criteria defined below.
You must initiate the return process within 7 calendar days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier).
Any return request made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return and Refund
For a product to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:
Unopened and Unused: Due to the nature of cosmetic products, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, tested, or used for hygiene reasons.
Original Condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of Purchase: You must include the original receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).
Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence. These items are subject to inspection and will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: In the email, clearly state:
Your Order Number.
The specific Item(s) you wish to return.
The Reason for the return (e.g., received damaged, no longer needed).
Await Confirmation: We will review your request and reply with instructions on how and where to send your package, if approved. Please do not send your item back until you have received return approval and instructions from us.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking: If you are returning expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, bank account, etc.) within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Rejected Returns: If a returned item is received damaged, opened, or outside of the 7-day window, your refund will be rejected. We will notify you, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
